Pros

Very flexible work schedule! The teams were wonderful to work with. I had a bad situation with one of my clients and EY immediately took the action to remove me from the situation. I would recommend Ernst & Young to anyone.

Cons

I can't really think of any cons about the job. Of course, there are always a few team members you will not get along with, but that is life and you will find that at every company.

Pros

Nothing special, now in job seeker competition, having experiences in public accountant firm has no better bargaining position in salary or position negotiation

Cons

If there is no better bargaining position than ones who work in conventional firm/organization, why should we bother ourselves by working 48 hrs non-stop but not all of your overtime hours are paid

EY has competitive environment along with an aggressive mindset towards achieving its goals. There are lots of possibility to learn and have growth at EY

Cons

Compensation and Work-Life balance are a downside to your experience in EY
