Pros

Ernst & Young offers incredible exposure to the global world we live in. EY's network ensures that whether you are working in New York or Hong Kong, its globally uniform systems and methodology ensure seamless continuation of work without the need to adapt to new work practices.

Cons

As with all multinational firms, the employee can sometimes be seen as just a number, but this is often mitigated by management's responsiveness to HR problems and leadership contact with staff.
