Pros

Ernst & Young has great benefits.

Cons

Extremely political. And while it promotes diversity and inclusiveness, in reality it is still not a very fair place in some cities (leadership in more conservative cities are still struggling to adjust to the inclusive workplace).

Pros

Working for Ernst & Young was like earning a Masters Degree in fast forward. A high level of intelligence and dedication is demanded and returned to the staff. Everyone is treated respectfully yet it is a very intense environment. You can really shine in a high energy environment and gain a lot of knowledge in short periods of time.

Cons

Being an intense place to work, the stress level can be high and the hours can be long. However the rewards and the knowledge lasts a long time.
