Management is very disorganized and lack knowledge of how to complete simple engagement tasks. A superficial, shallow and cutthroat work environment exists wherein staff as low as the senior associate level keep engagement information to themselves and limit interaction with staff lower than seniors. Additionally, information sharing is a "fly by the seat of your pants" approach wherein expectations to complete assignments are extremely high and accountability by management is almost non-existent. The cultural environment is extremely stifling, condescending, stiff and unfriendly unless you are of the privileged and shallow group of "annointed ones."
