Pros

Great work environment where you can come up with novel solutions to complicated problems. Good place if you like thinking outside of the box and enjoy being asked to work outside of your comfort zone. We are forging a new path as crypto is new and still changing.

Cons

Even though we are coming up on our 6th year in business it is still very much a startup - so if you can't handle a startup culture - maybe not the place for you.
