EZ Blockchain has been a fulfilling place to work. Not only it is satisfying to know that the company mission is to reduce global waste energy I enjoy being able to utilize my skills and accomplishments knowing that I am making a difference for the environment. The leadership's established goals and objectives are easy to follow and keep me motivated to find ways to decrease cost and improve efficiencies in my role. I look forward to my contribution toward the growth of this organization everyday.

Cons

Like any company in high growth mode, it can sometimes be a challenge to keep up with the market's demand, this is a fast paced industry that requires expedient results, hard work and accountability are paramount.

Pros

Great team of people who are supporting each other and trying to help. The company stands with concepts of sustainability, value people over profit and long-term results over short-term wins. At challenging times, they try to help. At good times, its just super fun to work here and bring it to the next level.

Cons

Crypto industry is challenging, unpredictable and unstable. Its hard for some people to be on top of the game all the time. Requires a lot of self-learning (you should do it by yourself after work).
