Before current CEO came in it was a great place to work. Warm and friendly environment, highly skilled colleagues, above average benefits, company events and gatherings.
When he came, things began to go down. Budget cuts, events came down to none, no salary increases, no promotion, stupid and clueless reorganisations.
The worst things are deconstruction of once great company culture and hiring useless "Kanban facilitators" when laying off engineers, justifying it by "cost saving"
