Excellent place to grow as an engineer over the long term. Compensation was consistently competitive and fair. The tech stack stays modern—no fighting legacy systems just to ship features—which keeps the work engaging and your skills current. Work-life balance was respected, not just talked about: reasonable hours and genuine flexibility. Best of all, management is human-centric—they treat people like people, listen, and support your growth. After nearly a decade here, I left with nothing but good things to say.

Cons

None worth noting. Any company has small frictions, but nothing that affected my experience enough to mention.

The teams are amazing. The work is great. Benefits are top tier. Remote work is convenient.

Cons

SLT is a detriment to it the company's success. They are willfully ignorant of the issues they are causing. I used to think I'd be at that company forever, but now I struggle to care. It's not as if they don't know either... The issues are well documented. It just seems they don't care. But they still expect high performance. It's funny how they can't seem to grasp that the call is coming from within their house.
