Cons
As an engineer here, there lacks any understanding of how software development works. The leadership does not understand that there's not enough engineers to do the work in the time needed nor enough talented engineers to write code that doesn't break all the time. We're put under unreasonable timelines by uneducated non tech leaders. The engineering leadership at the top is learning as he goes here rather than having any real world experience and its a big detriment to all of us. Aside from engineering problems, we all seem to be working on things that are not moving the company forward. No one seems to really care what they work on because none of this is interesting.
