Thank you for your comments! A few thoughts: yes, we certainly want employees to be able to handle stress well, and this is something we'll keep in mind as we're heading into 2017. It doesn't help anyone if our team members are feeling frazzled! Positive feedback is crucial to let folks know where they're doing well and where we can get get better. Speaking of positive feedback, we're proud of the job that team members have done in terms of a taking a client-first approach.
