Leadership staff is always helpful and open, very friendly co-workers, flexible scheduling, ample down time during slower business periods, the actual work is a breeze aside from the busiest periods.

Cons

Very repetitive work, there is only a small amount of pay increases, and the break room is often messy. There is also a shortage of headsets throughout the office.
