Pros

Easy, great part time work to do while going to school or working another job. Friendly staff, low stress.

Cons

It's a call center. If you don't mind doing that then you'll like this job. Max of 30 hours a week because anywhere over is considered full time and they have to give benefits in that event.

Pros

Good flexible hours, easy work, not very stressful and shifts are only six hours.

Cons

Not a job you can make a living off of. Very deliberate on quality control. Supervisor does not have golf knowledge.

Pros

Flexible work hours, that's about it.

Cons

Horrible with new hires. I was terminated after only a week and a half of being here (this includes training). I was told I was doing a good job on the floor and then all of a sudden I was called into the office and asked to leave. The reasons I was given did not make sense. This company cannot expect its new hires to be experts when they first go out on the floor (especially after only 3 days of training. I was told that I was not keeping up with other people who started training with me. I asked a couple of my other coworkers about this and I was told I was taking as many calls as they were. I was also told that I mishandled a call on a person who was upset. I tried my best to not upset them any further than they already were. My floor supervisor screened the call and said he understood why I did what I did. However, management did not care. Don't show up late to work. They are going to act like it is the end of the world if you show up 2 minutes late (which I did once because of an accident. The pay really isn't worth getting fired within your first week. The turnover rate is around 80 percent by the way. Most people are gone within the first month and a half.
