That most recent review reads like a manager trying to pump up the numbers. This place has turnover sky high rate because it is such a toxic environment. Atmosphere is terrible, pay is a joke, and the different office locations cannot get along. Expectation to be available at all times even when off or on vacation or on a weekend. CEO will sell you out and only cares about himself.

Pros

Co-workers are amazing. The dress code is pretty lax. If you like golf, they keep everyone up-to-date on the latest golfing events, and there is a company golf league. Great Benefits package.

Cons

Continually have to talk to people on a daily basis that think that they own the world and everything should be catered to them. Mangagement uses 'Fear tactics' to keep employees in line.

Due to high growth rates, organizational changes are common. This can sometimes cause temporary inefficiency as new process gets rolled out for changing teams.
