zero office culture in the Austin office

Thanks for your review. Office culture is incredibly important, and it's something that we're working to instill in all of our offices. It can be a challenge to institute "mandatory fun", but as the Austin office is one of our newer ones, hopefully we can share some of the ideas that have worked in our more established locations. (And we're glad you like your co-workers - we think they're pretty awesome, too!)
