Pros

The occasional free beer that nobody buys.

Cons

Very poor work culture. Very unorganized. One thing I did learn is if you want to be promoted you have to be be a suck up. This place reminded me of a junior high class room. Very immature and inexperienced employees here.

They were good at making promises

They didn’t keep any of them. I was hired on as the company’s only remote employee, which I was skeptical of, but they assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. However, nobody responded to me, people treated me poorly because I wasn’t in office. I had very little communication from my own manager, just an expectation that I was supposed to figure it out without training or help. Got laid off after 1 year and my boss didn’t even contact me. Just had HR do it.
