Great team, slightly immature startup culture and I miss my old boss

Great benefits, fun fast paced startup like environment

Cons

Still has some bad habits of a startup, miss my old boss that left, new boss has some bad habits from being with the company from the beginning. Company gets some of it's directives and culture from headquarters in CA which I don't always agree with.
