1) No growth of this company as well as for the employees. 2) Hikes are compromised 3) Sacked higher level management. No job guarantee. 4) CEO,CTO,CMOs are axed every blue moon. Hence no proper organizational structure, it will be fluctuating. 5) Smployees are not recognised well. 6) Worst HR administration. 7) employees are not relieved on a good note.
