Decent Place to Work, but Limited Growth Opportunities

Pros

Great flexibility and remote culture perfect if you prefer a calm, low-stress job. Ideal for maintaining balance work is steady, not overwhelming. Plenty of flexibility and breathing room good for those who like an easy-going routine.

Cons

Poor growth prospects and minimal salary increments. Repetitive work leading to stagnant learning. Not ideal for long-term career development.
