Limited Learning and Work Life Balance

Pros

Supportive team and fair collaboration within the group. Salary appraisals were also reasonable.

Cons

Cross-functional collaboration was challenging, and there was limited support from higher management. Work-life balance and benefits not satisfactory and there was very less scope for learning and growth.
