I love my Manager & team. Great work/life balance. Communication is great. The leadership for the company & tech seems to be improving.

Cons

Technology road blocks in the past. Seems our competition is rolling out products faster than we are. However, I understand why. It’s better to have a working solution than just to rush something. Pay isn’t great.

-Unlimted career opportunity, I have been promoted and given increasing scope. -Peer to peer recognition program allows me to call out the people that are moving the needle with me, and the company gives them additional cash. -Stocked kitchen means I save $$ on lunches and snacks everyday -Really good health benefits. Much better than my previous job

Cons

-There is a lot of change in the air as the company moves into new markets. This can be tough.
