      The company is growing very quickly and have hired some excellent new leadership that will be taking us from the old days into the future! It's an exciting time to be with a great company with a great culture!

      Cons

      The biggest challenge is being able to keep up with the changes - we work hard and fast, but it's an awesome environment!

      Pros

      EagleView is a fast paced, dynamic organization with a tremendous amount of opportunity. Despite its continued growth over the years, there is still a feeling of closeness among colleagues and a culture that you typically find in smaller organizations. The technology is exciting, but it's really the people that make EagleView a great place to work.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a "con," but a fair warning that the pace of our business is not for everyone, you must be agile and willing to pivot frequently.
