Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a good experience during your time with EagleView. Transforming our business has definitely impacted the structure and focus of our organization, including our customer service team. Now that the changes have been in place for almost a year, we are happy to report that there have been process improvements which have allowed us to improve workload consistency. While overtime may still be required at times, we do work to ensure that it is shared and is only required when absolutely necessary. Work-life balance and the overall health and wellness of our staff is very important to us and each year we look to enhance our offerings.
