Great Place to Work

Pros

The company values fierce work ethic over anything else. If you work hard, you get rewarded, it's as simple as that. This isn't a company you can just slide by. But that's what makes the company so successful. The company truly knows that a happy employee will work harder than an unhappy one. And fyi future business outlook is insanely positive and opportunistic.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly to the point where it's growing out of some of its current production practices. But that's the current main concern of executives and they're taking action as quickly, yet effectively as possible.

Pros

I have nothing positive to add at this time. I would not recommend this employer. They seem to lack the personal side of engaging people.

Cons

EagleView forces you to go through several cognitive tests before you can actually interview. It was apparently to test your intelligence but really felt more offensive to put a seasoned professional through such a process. It appeared as though I was thrown into the pool of candidates to fill a quota...very unfair!!

Fun, fast paced, but burn-out is an ever-present risk

Pros

Innovative tech, fast paced, agile workflow, generally fun place to work.

Cons

Engineering management has unhealthy expectations of deadlines and working excessive hours. Doesn't encourage a healthy work life balance. Burn out is a constant risk without very strong self discipline and push-back.
