      Pros

      Upward movement available Employees treated very well for hard work (stock kitchens with food and drink for everyone) Fun atmosphere

      Cons

      High expectations that are often difficult to meet Sometimes lack of communication between managers and lower levels Long work hours during certain times of the year

      Pros

      They have a relaxed work environment (jeans and a t-shirt kind of place) . And fun people to work with.

      Cons

      Crazy company policies. Lots of crap. An insane amount of instability, they swing from hiring a bunch of people when they're flush to firing a lot when they're not and back (they are a relatively new company so hopefully they've found their footing).
