      Great company to work for - amazing people, great technology and lots of growth!

      Pros

      *The hiring philosophy is to hire people that are A players. With that you get to work with people who are really passionate and good at what they do. *Great benefits. They pay 90% of your insurance premiums and have stock options in the company. *Fun, casual environment. No dress code. Lots of nerf guns. Fully stocked kitchen. Game pit area. *Rapidly growing company means lots of new opportunities available and they give preference to internal candidates. *Really exciting, challenging work.

      Cons

      *Being a young and growing company you have to be able to deal with change to make it here. You will also work hard, which I don't see as a con, but some may.

      Their product is great - if they can sustain

      Cons

      Expect to work 50+ hours per week No "set" vacation - they say you can request vacation but it's hard to get even a week approved Young managers who lack professional experience Unprofessional work atmosphere Do not accept a job with this company because of the "free food" and "table tennis" perks - while the perks are nice, they almost feel like a "bribe" to make you work long hours

      Great product, helps people stay off roofs more.

      Cons

      I have never in my career witnessed such poor management. After numerous complaints this manager is still on board and others were let go after complaining.
