      The management for the most part doesn't know what they are doing. These people are individuals who went to school for business but can't even comprehend the basics of the science incorporated in the office.

      fully stocked kitchen, pretty good benefits, depends on the position you are in but I had a fairly flexible schedule

      Cons

      not a lot of people actually know what they are doing there. very unorganized company and the execs just really have no clue how to run the company or how to interact with their employees. not a lot of collaboration - managers ask for your opinion but nothing ever changes
