Pros

The people on the ground making the business run as operationally sound as possible are great. No micro management.

Cons

ELT is disconnected and seem unconcerned with the internal struggles to scale successfully. High turnover in all departments on all levels over the last few years. Moving jobs/tasks to India and not backfilling the US positions of those who have left.

I love my Manager & team. Great work/life balance. Communication is great. The leadership for the company & tech seems to be improving.

Cons

Technology road blocks in the past. Seems our competition is rolling out products faster than we are. However, I understand why. It’s better to have a working solution than just to rush something. Pay isn’t great.
