Pros

Free food, if you like that Cool coworkers (below management) It's a good place to get you feet wet out of college, not worth long term commitment

Cons

Shady management Favoritism is rampant, some people randomly get promoted others are left stagnant. Low pay and salarie folks get used, they constantly ask more but give you nothing in return.

Thank you for your review, we agree that EagleView offers an environment of career development and learning (and free food)! We have even added in a 401k match recently. We have had high success with our campus recruiting and co-op internship programs, and many of our excellent co-ops have come back to EagleView to work full-time once they graduated! We also have a history of our employees and leaders growing into their positions as their careers developed within EagleView, including our very own CEO who started out in sales for the business. We pride ourselves on hiring high potential talent whom we can invest in and develop. We also put a lot of effort into our merit review process to ensure fairness and career/compensation growth. We look forward to continued organizational progress, and the resulting opportunities that will open up for our employees. If you have any additional thoughts or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to your leaders (or any leaders at EagleView) for support.

Pros

If you are reading this, you are likely a prospective employee and I would like to give you some insight into EagleView. Let me try and answer a few questions: -Is the company awesome? Yes, it is. Thanks for asking! -Would you enjoy working for a company that has a vision to create tremendous value for each of their clients through a collaborative ecosystem of hard work and innovation? If the answer is yes, please apply. -Does the company go above and beyond to limit the employee exposure to the ever-increasing cost of benefits? Absolutely! -Does the company offer free food and an ever-escalating competitive table tennis talent pool? Naturally. -Does this review so far seem like a huge EagleView homer is writing it? Well, yes, because that is true. I love working here and I know that EagleView has amazing opportunities ahead of it.

Cons

Are there cons to working at EagleView? Of course. I am sure there are aspects of the company that aren't ideal for some people, but I think you can look at that as a two-way street. Not everyone wants to sign up for a challenge to constantly innovate new products and services, but there are tons of people out there that would relish that challenge and we hope they all find us. Overall, no company is perfect. That is no different at EagleView, but do the positives vastly outweigh potential negatives? You bet! Check out our career page and apply for one of our awesome career opportunities. I look forward to welcoming you to our growing team!

Best company I've ever worked for.

Pros

I enjoyed the hiring process, made me feel like I was immersed in some sort of Cicada 3301 adventure.

Cons

The attendance policy is strict and you have to pass a drug test on a federal level.... This also isn't mentioned at any point until the end of your interview and you have less than a week to rid your body of all those impurities that came as a result of your spare time in the unemployment line. (It's only labcorp so you'll be fine if you have even a limited understanding of the basics to searching for what you need via Google)
