Pros

Free food while on duty

Cons

I was harassed before quitting by management. If you are not a part of their click Onsite Support or Customer Service they will find a way to fire you or harass you to quit by micromanaging and being bias when it comes to others making mistakes they will overlook as long as they are a friend to management. Poor management and they also have bed bugs on a regular.

Pros

I have nothing positive to add at this time. I would not recommend this employer. They seem to lack the personal side of engaging people.

Cons

EagleView forces you to go through several cognitive tests before you can actually interview. It was apparently to test your intelligence but really felt more offensive to put a seasoned professional through such a process. It appeared as though I was thrown into the pool of candidates to fill a quota...very unfair!!

Pros

Some really great coworkers. Low level managers in my area have a clue and are very understanding. Covid response has been largely good even if I personally find the current policy of "do the bare minimum of what the law says" too little.

Cons

Pay is bad and advancement is almost non-existent in ops. Leadership is a revolving door of plants for the firms that own the company with little to no respect for the people who do the work that pays for their inflated salaries. Major effort to outsource as much ops and dev work to India as possible for "scalability" (ie cheaper labor) which has been something of a miss. Leadership demands changes to processes they dont understand and get frustrated when the changes don't work. A few years ago I liked working here but it has been a steep slide since then. If you see any review mentioning free food that benefit has been cut without any additional compensation.
