      Company going downhill and fast

      Pros

      People that work here are genuine, hardworking folks that just want to get the job done despite the barriers/challenges. Small percentage of managers that do their best to act in the best interest of their team.

      Cons

      This company has a major problem undervaluing their employees. Certain executives were gaslighting their employees and completely ignoring the difficult home/work situations their employees suddenly found themselves in with the current pandemic. Short term goals always trumped long term initiatives to the point where it completely derailed the company vision and left everyone confused and conflicted with what they needed to do.

      Pros

      The engineers in the engineering department are all very smart and hard working.

      Cons

      Management does not know what they are doing. The pay is terrible and they expect overtime. Culture of secretiveness and lack out transparency in every level. The rumor Mill is alive and well and is the only way anyone finds anything out. Passive aggressiveness is the management style. It is clear that they are getting ready to sell it is all about the numbers. Required 8:45 meetings and 5 meetings where upper management checks who is there is ridiculous... and hackathon weekends, seriously, you don't pay enough for this.

      Work from home, unlimited vacation time, free fully stocked kitchen, cutting edge projects.

      Cons

      Lack of understanding between upper management and teams, nonsensical changes in overall company direction, increased outsourcing to foreign countries.
