Not one of Seattle’s Best Places to Work
Pros
Company Work culture prior to May 2016 Non-leadership co-workers Company Christmas Party Camaraderie among the lower class workers Sense of pride of workers
Cons
Company work culture after May 2016. Before this time, leadership valued employees and tried to live by its numerous nominations as one of Seattle’s Best Places to work. Now, executive leadership team does not value its employees and only cares about the bottom line. They also reward underperforming Sales team yet let go truly outstanding leaders in other departments. Current VPs lead by fear and intimidation. Those who stand up to them are fired. Additionally, HR team caters to executives rather than be true advocate of employees. The only reason company is still afloat is because of the hard work of the lower class employees.
