A steady role with clear responsibilities

Pros

Good team collaboration and learning environment. Work hours were consistent and manageable. Received useful training at the start. Tools and software were up to date. Tasks had a clear structure and purpose.

Cons

Limited opportunities for skill development. Career growth seemed a bit slow. Repetitive tasks after a point. Not much cross-functional exposure. Communication gap between teams at times.
