Too many competing priorities for teams to focus on. Consistently asked to support new projects, then layed off with no warning.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We're happy that you have found so many positives as a line pilot especially as we've been working hard the past year to ensure that our Line Pilots are taken care of and have a supportive, and safe environment. We understand your concerns and are committed to addressing them. We will share this feedback with our PFA leadership. Long rotations can be very daunting and we're working on how to create a balanced work schedule for our pilot team. Weather plays such a crucial part in our operations and we're navigating how to ensure that that does not negatively affect our pilot's experience while ensuring that we capture during optimal weather. Thank you for being a part of our team! We want to ensure that you continue to have a positive experience while addressing the concerns you raised so if you have any additional thoughts, please feel free to reach out to us at careers@eagleview.com -- Christopher Rivera, EagleView Recruiter
