Pros

Got some hours without paying to fly.

Cons

Management is a revolving door. Poor communication and the pilots weren’t told specifics until the very last second.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad to hear that you were able to gain some flying experience with us. However, it is disappointing to hear about your experience as a pilot with us. We will also take note of your concerns regarding communication. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our work environment for our pilots. We hope to have the opportunity to address your concerns and improve your experience with us, therefore, please contact us at careers@eagleview.com. – Christopher Rivera, EagleView Recruiter

Pros

• Working at EV can be a bit like the work version of a "friend with benefits". One can do things that are pretty exciting and give you experience you might not otherwise get. But that comes with some downsides like experiences that make you cringe. Just look out for yourself and don't look at it as a long term relationship because you will get, well you know what friends with benefits do to each other. • Some great people at the tactical level • Interesting products

Cons

• Executive leadership - see below • Chronic under staffing in key areas • Benefit availability is unreliable. Retirement, education benefits, and professional development opportunities have been unstable. • Investment in people and processes has slowed significantly. Limited appetite for investment that doesn’t have a very rapid ROI. Are they looking to sell? Only time will tell. • Did I mention chronic under staffing! • Executive leadership... where do I start - Churn at the top makes it difficult to do day to day work consistently. CEO Jurasek has left after less than three years. Other top discipline leaders in certain disciplines have cycled excessively in the last few years. - Some significant blind spots and lack of experience in key leadership position with limited curiosity to learn from those who have that experience. - Limited accountability related to product quality - many products aren't tested before being released to users. - Excessive focus on short term gains - Leadership messaging often rings hollow as interest in developing sustainable and scalable practices wanes.

Pros

I have really enjoyed my time with this company. My family has relocated and my position cannot be remote. I was offered another position but I thought it best to wait and get settled in my new location before taking on a new position. I will mis this company they really took care of its employees. They didn't do lay-off's and provided good benefits.

Cons

Not all roles are remote. Some roles must be in office though.
