Employee Focused Stable Company

Pros

This company has consistently grown in size and revenue over the last 8+ years. They strive to provide the most comprehensive benefits and wellness programs in the valley. This is not a start-up company culture with free food, ping-pong and pets. What they do offer is the opportunity to work on software that provides value added risk and fraud prevention services to the financial industry. The work done at Early Warning helps ordinary people not just corporations. The company is stable and has not down-sized in their history. If you are willing to work hard and want to lead the opportunities will present themselves.

Cons

As with many companies that grow rapidly there are periods of time when the focus seems to be all over the map. Sometimes the lack of focus can scare people off. The company has not yet matured to a point where it is fully capable of delivering at a rapid enough pace to keep up with the ever changing fraud and risk industry.

Pros

The company employs many who have significant experience in the industry. Leadership truly lives the company's mission of combatting financial fraud and managing risk. The company utilizes progressive technology to create services and secure data.

Cons

Good place to work for a while, but the slow pace of progress becomes frustrating. A lack of focus can also be frustrating.

Friends don't let friends work at Early Warning

Pros

Convenient location, Casual dress code, Friendly Concierge and Security Guards, Covered parking available and reasonably priced, (difficulty meeting the 20 word minimum for this entry)

Cons

Completely unprofessional atmosphere. Far too many layers of middle management, who don't seem to do much ... spend more time on their personal cell phones than anything else. The culture has allowed bullies and back-stabbers to flourish. It's perfectly acceptable for certain individuals to demean and yell at others they consider "beneath" them. The turn-over in personnel is astounding and open positions seem impossible to fill. Respect for others is a foreign concept.
