Earthjustice is fully committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and keeping culture front and center. The compensation and benefits package is strong and there are lots of resources for things like teambuilding and career development. Leadership puts a focus on employee well-being and actually makes a concerted effort to get to know how people are doing and seek out input before making important decisions. Colleagues are so friendly and mission oriented as well.

Cons

As the organization grows there are some things that need to be built out in terms of infrastructure. Change happens slowly.
