Pros

The work is very interesting and timely. There is a lot of variety. It's great to work with people who share my values and who believe that protecting the environment is important and worthwhile.

Cons

It's a non-profit, so the pay isn't great, although it's higher than a lot of other non-profits. Good benefits: medical, dental, vision, EAP, and generous holidays and vacation.

Pros

Everyone is so driven and truly passionate about what they do. They're invested in their work but also in the development of their colleagues and those that are more junior to the company.

Cons

I wish there was more collaboration and teamwork but the nature of the work can be fairly individual.

Pros

Great people and super intelligent folks and very committed to the cause.

Cons

Hard for upward mobility if you're not a lawyer or part of the favorites.
