Pros

Really loved working with the attorneys at Earthjustice. Smart, wonderful people, who are tackling important environmental issues in Florida.

Cons

No real cons, but I'm sure work atmosphere depends highly in what office around the country you work in.

Passionate people that are mission oriented. Collaborative work environment. Supportive colleagues under all circumstances. Encouraging and diverse leadership with a commitment to justice for ALL.

Cons

The litigators are brilliant but less social.

the mission is sound. the attorneys were nice, for the most part. new office location is an improvement over downtown Oakland.

Cons

the different departments don't work together well. communications was often at odds with development. lots of money (donor money) was squandered. ineffective communication strategies hamstrung progress. internal politics/bickering wastes time.
