Pros

Best in class at what they do. Differentiated from other enviromental non-profits by their focus on the law. Interesting important work. A great deal of interest and commitment from their donors and volunteer leadership. Big org with a focus on partnership with smaller groups. Commitment to diversity and equity is a must for any candidate.

Cons

You must conform to the culture. The power dynamics can be challenging.

Pros

I really enjoy my job at Earthjustice. My team is always collaborating and is involved in a lot of diverse projects to bring the employees and stakeholders together in support of our mission. I am constantly learning on the job and getting involved in exciting projects. I learn a lot from my team members, which is key. The benefits here are also amazing, and they show that the company really cares about it's employees.

Cons

I have none at the moment.
