Pros

Amazing people in the organization who really care about the mission. Leadership was decently transparent.

Cons

Turf wars between departments led to a less than great work environment at times.

Pros

Earthjustice takes the time to listen to its employees and wants to make it a good work environment for all. There are many opportunities for staff to engage with each other or get involved with affinity groups. There are many learning and professional development opportunities. They also have a great cause and are the best at what they do -- taking on legal cases for the environment, for free, and winning, which is inspiring to be a part of.

Cons

Each department and office has its own culture and work life balance. That's not necessarily a bad thing, it allows flexibility but you may want to find which is the best fit for you.
