Pros

People at Earthjustice are passionate about making the world a better place and the organization is committed to its employees.

Cons

Like most nonprofits, things can get very busy and people work hard, so sometimes workload can be a lot, but I wouldn't necessarily call this a con.

Pros

Amazing people, critical mission, lots of professional development support, and a really intentional, thoughtful, and invigorating culture. Extremely proud of our work.

Cons

Heavy workload and pretty fast paced - combination of a lot of mission-driven people, a lot of bad stuff in the world, and explosive growth that hasn't quite caught up with itself yet -- nothing to shy away from, just to be aware of.
