      Pros

      Great work environment. CEO goes to great lengths to create and preserve a fun and productive culture. Multiple game rooms, awesome cafe area, open and collaborative environment, nice location.

      Could be better located relative to the rest of OC.

      Pros

      Fun group of people, great vision for the company, poised for growth! But, unlike many other tech start-up like companies, Ease has a wonderful work/life balance.

      Cons

      I wouldn't call it a 'con', but we're working on creating a fun company culture. It's an important initiative for the CEO to create a space that we all love working at.
