Pros

Ease has a great work environment with a very motivated team. In sales, building relationships is important and Ease provides great company culture and engaging team building activities. This is a great place to work if this is something that is important to you.

Cons

As an SDR you are expected to have a quota for qualified demos. There are certain factors that can affect this that can be a bit stressful at times.

Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Ease.io as an SDR include: Learning and Growth Opportunities: Leadership at Ease has encouraged my personal career growth and provided me with opportunities to learn more in the SaaS industry. The People: From my team members in the SDR department to the Chief Executives running the company and everyone in between, everyone has been incredibly helpful throughout my time at the company. Office Setting: I love coming into our office; there's a great view of the ocean that makes coming in worthwhile every time.

Cons

Some of the downsides of working at Ease.io as an SDR include: Dealing with Rejection: Adjusting to the level of rejection that comes with this role, due to the extensive cold outreach, was challenging. However, overcoming this ongoing challenge provides valuable experience in an entry-level sales role.

Pros

Working as an SDR at Ease.io in San Clemente has been awesome. I get the opportunity to learn directly from Account Executives & having a boss that helps coach you in your role. Our office is close to local breweries/restaurants which adds to our company culture. I'm able to interact and learn key tools in the tech space like Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Modigie, Zoominfo, Jimminy, Showpad, etc. EASE is a great spot to grow or start your career in tech sales!

Cons

Requires strong time management and organization. This is common in an BDR/SDR role.
