      There is a very supportive team environment at EASE. The culture is collaborative, and everyone is willing to help each other succeed. Hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded with opportunities for promotion.

      The speed of the work environment can be overwhelming, but it also keeps things exciting and ensures there’s never a dull moment.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at EASE as the management wasn't heavy handed and very supportive of out-of-the-box ideas. Much of the company is run like a sports team so there are always friendly competitions going on around the office.

      Cons

      If you're not willing to do what it takes or require everything your role requires to be specified apriori this could be a challenge for you. If creativity in Sales/Marketing and blazing a new trail is your thing you'll do great here as I sure loved my time here.
