Working at a smaller company means your contribution and ideas actually matter. Coming from a large company where I never once talked to the CEO, this is absolutely refreshing. The executives here are very passionate about our product, company culture, customers and employees. There are plenty of opportunities at EASE for career growth if you are willing to put in the effort and hard work.
