Pros

For most employees being at EASE is more than a job, it's a passion, it's friendships and it's seeing the potential and driving towards it. - Open, honest and experienced leadership team that do what they say they will - Focused market opportunity as well as a strategy for out to expand beyond this in the coming years - Outside of the COVID-19 pandemic, employees regularly go out to lunch together, connect outside of work and support each other - Regular free lunches, team activities, kitchen pantry food items, nitro brew etc. - Good office environment with great equipment and facilities

Cons

Can be tough to balance between startup organic culture and the more disciplined and process-driven approaches required for high growth. The company overall does a reasonable job in managing this balance though.

Pros

Not many pros here. Lunch on Fridays, video games in office. Employees other than management.

Cons

Blind leading the blind. Power and trust put within the wrong people. CEO fired, or drove all upper management to leave within 6 months of each other. The problems with this company start at the top. I would not be suprised if this company was in business for longer than a year or two. The software is very buggy and functionality is so so. I would not recommend taking a job here. Could be a very toxic environment from time to time.
