Great people work here but management (HR) does not help to keep the talent on the agency!!! Too worried about every last dime-discouraging!!

Pros

Reputation in the community Employees Leadership, particularly my manager Rewarding work Mission Recognition of staff I truly enjoyed working at EBCAP. It was a hard job but very rewarding. My manager supported me through every obstacle and challenge I faced the position. She respected me and my talents.

Cons

funding for programs is an issue but not controlled by agency
