Pros

EHTP has a great mission and does very good work in the community. Pay and benefits are competitive with similar organizations in the area, and there is a good amount of paid time off which makes work-life balance very good. Professional development opportunities are very good too.

Cons

As a nonprofit, salaries may be a bit lower than they would be for similar positions with a more "corporate" organization. Health/vision/medical benefits are only available to full time staff.

Great staff and community. Has the potential to be so much better if they make improvements in leadership.

Leadership seems to be young and inexperienced. High staff turnover and an unclear vision of what the school wants to be.
