It's one of the better options out there, in Berks county, for someone without a college degree. The company offers okay pay, good health and dental benefits ( as long as you' re willing to pay.), and a retirement plan.

Cons

It's production work, so it can be tough on the body, and while the pay, and benefits are decent, the work is not healthy, or economically viable for more then 15 years.

Job stability, pd breaks, supplied uniforms, showers and lockers at the end of the shift

Cons

Strict attendance policy, just anot her employee, getting better paying or first shift jobs is very difficult
