The Benefits are really good and they are half the cost of most places. The pay is on par for a business this size

Some Management are full of themselves. They do things that don't make any sense

Cheap insurance and thats about it. Ok ok the pay is ok, but seems like it used to be better

Cons

Health and safety is a joke, most of the people in the positions dont have the job related experience. Most problems arent fixed in a timely manner (too worried about production) even if it puts employees at risk. Medical is a joke as well, nothing ever seems to be work related. The employees are treated as numbers, if you get hurt too bad, find another job. Not all, but alot of the leaders get promoted because they are buddy buddy with someone. Dont expect to have a life outside of the company, you dont get many vacation days and no sick days at all so the little vacation you do get has to be used for that.

The pay was great. The rewards were great. No a lot of drama. I would recommend this job to someone else.

Cons

You are just a number at the company. The other safety technician did not hold a degree in safety (they were promoted from within) which meant their work was not the greatest at all!
